1. Free Services

For services provided free of charge (e.g., student admission guidance, scholarship advice, visa assistance for students), no payments are collected, and therefore no refunds apply.

2. Paid Consultancy Services

For paid services such as:

  • Business visa consultancy (including Innovator Founder Visa)

  • Business plan preparation

  • Application strategy sessions

  • Other premium consultancy packages

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • If you cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus any administrative fees).

  • If partial work has been completed, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of services.

  • Once the agreed service has been completed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain payments are non-refundable:

  • Government visa application fees

  • Third-party charges (e.g., law firm fees, university application fees)

  • Fees paid to our partner organisations or service providers

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us in writing via email at support@uknect.com

  • Provide your full name, contact details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request

  • Submit your request within 14 days of payment or service commencement (whichever is earlier)

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue before considering a refund.
